The Santa Barbara American Tradition showcase home was a silver award winner for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home and Best Single Family Detached Model Home under 2,000 sq. ft. This home’s open floor plan and flow between the great room, kitchen, and dining space makes the home feel much larger than its square footage would suggest. One of the unique features of this home is a beautiful owner’s retreat with spectacular lighting that adds a touch of charm.
The Beverly II Carolina showcase home was a silver award winner for Best Single Family Detached Model Home 2,000 to 2,500 sq. ft. This showcase home reflects one-story living at its best, with a split bedroom design that provides privacy while keeping the family connected with the open floor plan. This beautiful home includes an owner’s retreat, plus two additional bedrooms and two and a half baths.
