North Texas Salon & Office Suites is set to open in June 2024. The mixed-use facility will add 30,000 square feet of office and salon space near the Alliance Town Center. Conveniently located just off the Heritage Trace Parkway exit on Interstate 35, on its western side, NTsuites is easily accessible from North Tarrant County. Prices start at $520 per month (all-inclusive), and pre-leasing is already underway.
“The facility will ultimately feature over 120 individual/private/safe office and salon suites, providing small business owners with a cost-effective solution to set up shop in one of Tarrant County’s fastest-growing regions,” states Sandeep Sandhu, Director of Marketing. He believes that “the open layout and the common lounge/waiting area will foster a professional and relaxing environment and stimulate tenant interaction.”
“NTsuites began about seven years ago as a commercial real estate company and eventually transitioned to the Executive Suite/Salon Suite industry. Our company started in Southlake to meet the growing needs of the small business community. At NTsuites, we hope to breed opportunities for small-scale storefronts without the hassle of large upfront costs and long-term commitments. It is our goal to offer an affordable solution for aspiring tenants,” says Sandhu.
The Fort Worth location is the third development by NTsuites since the local family-owned company set up its first development in Southlake. The company hopes to attract a diverse clientele in Tarrant County. Many of its tenants at the Southlake and North Richland Hills locations include salon suite owners, healthcare workers, educators, lawyers, start-up tech companies, brokers, architects, and real estate businesses. The company focuses on accommodating local entrepreneurs, salons, and the artistic designs of their developments, striving to create a sense of comfort and synergy among its clients.
“Customer service is always our priority. We give each tenant the individualized attention they deserve. Here at NTsuites, we are a family, and it really shows,” Sandhu concludes.
