Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced that J. Cash Real Estate, a highly respected boutique brokerage in Mooresville, has merged with the company — allowing it to strengthen its presence in Lake Norman and further its goal of being a market leader in luxury.
With this merger, the associates of J. Cash Real Estate, led by owner Julie Cash, will affiliate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. The former J. Cash Real Estate office, located at 138 Village View Drive, Suite 101, will now operate under the banner of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. With this move, Julie Cash will become the managing broker for the two offices serving the Lake Norman area, and she will focus on continued expansion under new leadership.
An accomplished REALTOR® and industry veteran, Julie has spent nearly two decades specializing in the luxury home market and Lake Norman’s waterfront communities. She was the No. 1 top-producing agent in Iredell County for 2021 with over $35 million in closed residential sales and is a top 10 broker on the Best of Lake Norman list.
