We are thrilled to share that the British International School of Boston (BISB) and Nord Anglia Education (NAE) will be sponsoring the highly-regarded Cambridge Science Festival (CSF) once again. The annual event is hosted by the MIT Museum, located just outside Kendall Square, and will culminate with the “Carnival” on Sunday, October 1st.
The CSF is a renowned platform that promotes a love for science and innovation. It welcomes attendees from various backgrounds and fosters a hub for learning and exploration. The “Carnival” is the festival’s main attraction, featuring live entertainment and a plethora of free activities suitable for people of all ages.
“The British International School of Boston (BISB) is proud and honored to once again support MIT’s Cambridge Science Festival as it brings science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math to life for families throughout metro Boston,” said Lisa van Horne, Director of Admissions and Marketing at BISB. “We are grateful for the opportunities BISB’s very special collaboration with MIT provides to our students annually, from toddlers through high school, offering extraordinary learning activities directly related to the work going on at MIT.”
The BISB Pavilion will once again be present at the upcoming event, offering an exciting range of interactive activities focused on sustainable energy. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a series of challenges and activities that explore the future of energy. BISB aims to make learning about future energy sources an enjoyable and stimulating experience, giving a glimpse into STEAM education at the school. Last year’s participation was a huge success, and this year’s attendance is expected to exceed 10,000 people. Families, educators, and science enthusiasts can look forward to an unforgettable experience.
