STACK Construction Technologies announced relocation to a new modern office at Landings III in Blue Ash, supporting the company’s exponential growth and expansion. The state-of-the-art space will further promote collaboration and connection for employees with multiple hangout and huddle spaces, conference rooms, and more desk space.

Since moving to Blue Ash in 2018, STACK has:
- Increased revenue by 283%
- Acquired three major construction technology companies
- Hired more than 100 employees, tripling in size
- Increased local talent to 95 Cincinnati-based employees
The company also hired longtime STACK customer Fresh Coat Painters of Cincinnati East to collaborate on the custom interior painting, transforming the new space.
“Even though STACK is a global company, we take advantage of opportunities to support our community and increase economic return. Working in a new, innovative space that will sustain our company growth and improve efficiencies, that was painted by a local customer who uses our Preconstruction software to improve their efficiency – it completes the circle,” says Ogilby.
Blue Ash is a natural fit, given that the neighborhood is just ¼ mile from where Ogilby built his previous technology startup, iSqFt. The Landings III is the only building in Cincinnati that is Wired Development and Redevelopment (D&R) Gold Certified, an achievement rewarded to buildings that are on the cutting edge of technology and built for the high speed of business. It is the perfect new headquarters for STACK where employees are supported by cutting-edge connectivity to continue to produce best-in-class technology.
STACK’s new space is close to Summit Park, which includes a Farmer’s Market, trendy restaurant and ice cream spots, and walking trails. STACK employees officially began reporting to the new space on April 24, 2023. A ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for team members, families, and local STACK software users is planned for May 9, 2023, from 5-6:30 p.m. in the new offices located at 9999 Carver Rd, 3rd Fl, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
