a. VITERBO @ THE PINBALL LUXURY SUITES
The Pinball Luxury Rooms is a boutique hotel that blends the best of Italian perfection with a fascinating and entertaining vintage pastime: pinball. It was developed by the young entrepreneur Simone Proietti Gaffi and Claudia Scarsella, the artist who produced the wallpaper for the suites.
Modularity and the ability to personalize LAGO furniture mix with the handcrafted nature and authenticity of the buildings’ architectural components in all three suites. The wallpaper created by Claudia Scarsella, whose drawings were inspired by pinball themes and transformed into creative patterns, adds a special touch to each area.
When you first enter the room, you are greeted by a large living area with an open loft above it made of natural steel and translucent glass. A feeling of being suspended in time is produced by the contrast between the contemporary furnishings, such as the Air sofa suspended on glass legs and the 36e8 compositions on the walls, and the usual architectural features of the structure, such as Tuscan travertine and wooden timbers.
The living room’s size, brightness, hanging and light furniture, and great modularity astound you. The Air table, with its glass legs, appears to float as a LagoLinea Weightless library descends from the ceiling like a stalactite.
